DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER, HAND WASH ONLY!! Please hand wash the bottles to prevent melting or keep leak proof seal intact. Water bottles should be rinsed daily when changing water then deep cleaned at least once a week with a mild dish soap to prevent build up and keep your hedgehog happy and healthy!
TRANSITIONING HEDGEHOG FROM BOWL TO BOTTLE:
Not all hedgehogs are trained to bottles when adopting so they may need extra help figuring out their new bottle, we recommend dipping the bottle tip in wet cat food, baby food, hedgehog-safe peanut butter, or any other safe and good-smelling treat to entice them to lick the bottle! Soon they should figure out that is where the water dispenses :) You can also use a dry-erase marker and simply mark the bottle/water line to monitor daily water intake to ensure your hedgehog is drinking!
